What a Gelato day! Eduardo brought his seasonal flavors of gelato to The General — it was an education - remember Gelato is made from milk and not cream resulting in less butter fat; it is also mixed at a slower speed to the high velocity mix of ice-cream, which means, less ice and less air (ice cream can contain as much as 50% air with Gelato about half of that) and that translates into value and quality all round.
