What a Gelato day! Eduardo brought his seasonal flavors OF gelato to The General — it was an education - remember Gelato is made from milk and not cream resulting in less butter fat; it is also mixed at a slower speed to the high velocity mix of ice-cream, which means, less ice and less air ( ice cream can contain as much as 50% air with Gelato about half of that) and that translates into value and quality all round.

Harvard General Store - our responsibility. Renown story teller, Jay O'Callahan was commissioned in 1982 to create a story that would celebrate the spirit of Harvard. Those he interviewed ”went back to talking about the general store, and couldn't seem to get away from it”.
