Wines of Southern France with Charles Oliver

So far in our classes, we have explored the major French wine regions of the Loire Valley and Bordeaux.  Our June 18 class with Charles Oliver will visit Southern French wine regions including the northern and southern Rhone Valley, Provence, Languedoc, and the often-overlooked island of Corsica.

Many of the wines will sound familiar -- Crozes-Hermitage and Châteauneuf-du-Pape -- but you may not have heard much about some of the others, such as Vermentino and Mauzac.
